Robert Gordon Lyon aka Bob Lyon- Chairperson
Worked for ANZ Banking Group from 1965 – 2008 (43 years). Last 14 years he spent in Asia Pacific region. Following his retirement as Managing Director, Pacific in 2006, he was appointed non-executive Chairman ANZ Pacific, a position he held until 2008.
Mr Lyon is currently Chairman of the Foundation for Development Co-operation (FDC), Chairman of FDC (Singapore), Chairman of FDC (Pacific) Ltd and Chairman of FINTEL,
He holds a Graduate Diploma in Organization Development from RMIT University and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Isikeli Tikoduadua – Director
Mr. Tikoduadua is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Home Finance Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of the South Pacific where he attained his Masters in Business Administration. His brief professional experience includes working in ANZ as Manager Prime Banking Fiji (2001-2005), Manager Marketing Fiji (1997-2000), and Manager Consumer Lending (1991-1996). He also possesses a number of years of experience in the area of strategic planning and banking/finance.
Lieutenant Colonel Mason Smith – Director
Mr. Smith is currently the Permanent Secretary for Agriculture and is a graduate of the University of Canberra where he attained masters in Management Defence Studies. In 2004 Lieutenant Smith graduated from the Australian Command and Staff College with a Graduate Diploma in Defence Studies. On return to Fiji he was appointed Chief Staff Officer Service Support at Head Quarters Land Force Command (HQ-LFC) Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF).
Lieutenant Colonel Smith has held various staff appointments at HQ RFMF including Operations & Training, Personnel & Administration.
Jitoko Tikolevu - Director
Mr. Tikolevu is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority. He is a graduate in Business Studies from the University of the South Pacific and holds a Masters of Commerce in Taxation (Honors) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Joseva Serulagilagi - Director
Mr. Serulagilagi is the Chairman of the Tailevu Provincial Council. He is also the Chairman of Rewa Cooperative Dairy Company Limited. He holds Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Diploma and Certificate in Development Planning from Bradford, United Kingdom.
Ilaisa Cavu - Director
Mr. Cavu is the CEO of the Agricultural Marketing Authority. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Fiji Institute of Technology. Prior to this he was Rooms Division Manager at the Outrigger Resort. He has spent nearly 30 years working in the hotel and tourism industry.
Manasa Vaniqi - Director
Mr. Vaniqi is the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Provincial Development & Multi Ethnic Affairs. Prior to this he was a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs. He holds a Diploma in Business English from Manchester, UK, and a Diploma in Administrative Studies from the University of the South Pacific.
